Grants exclusive commercial rights to the Beat upon purchase.
Unlimited audio streams.
Unlimited downloads/sales.
Unlimited monetized music videos.
Producer will remove the Beat from all public marketplaces and discontinue future licensing after the Exclusive License is purchased.
Producer retains underlying copyright ownership of the Beat unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The Licensee receives exclusive usage rights under this agreement.
Licensee must credit the Producer where applicable.
